Portfolio programs are opportunities for students to obtain credentials in a cross-disciplinary academic area of inquiry, that is, an area involving research conducted in several disciplines.
Portfolio programs are offered through the university’s Office of Graduate Studies. Programs available to master’s students in social work include the following:
- Aging and Health
- Disability Studies
- Dispute Resolution
- Nonprofit Studies
- Women’s and Gender Studies.
Students should work with the MSSW academic advisor to arrange portfolio classes.
