According to the Centers for Disease Control, about 1 in 88 children are diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In light of this incidence rate, social workers will undoubtedly encounter families and individuals a ffected by autism. To raise awareness and provide valuable knowledge and tools for the field, the Golden Hat Foundation and the Autism Society of Greater Austin invite you to a special panel discussion on autism in honor of World Autism Awareness Day.
