The purpose of this National Hispanic and Latino ATTC conference is to develop and strengthen the workforce that provides substance use disorders treatment and recovery support services to Hispanic and Latino populations across the United States, through diverse technology transfer strategies, services, and practices that have demonstrated effectiveness and are appropriate to Hispanic populations in need of substance use treatment services.
