Colin Pereira-Webber, MA, is a clinical social worker and child, adolescent and adult psychoanalyst in private practice. He is a faculty member at the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis, Faculty of the Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program and adjunct faculty at the St. Louis Institute for Psychoanalysis. He has published on the topic of childhood bereavement in a number of books and journals and has presented at clinical conferences nationally and internationally.
The Sue Fairbanks Lecture in Psychoanalytic Knowledge is made possible by the Sue Fairbanks Endowment for Excellence in the Application of Psychoanalytic Knowledge in Social Work. Established in 2007, this permanent endowment is dedicated to educational programs in psychoanalytic knowledge and to promoting excellence in clinical practice.
